Flexo Corrugated Two Color Printing Slotting Machine (Chain Feeding)

This machine has been designed specially to print on corrugated material with wide printing area, also it is capable to print with some colors (it depends on how many color unit is required).

1. Workbench panel thickness 5mm.
2.The workbench is composed of frame welding, equipped with four row synchronization chain, each row of chain is equipped with three push paper, used to push the cardboard into the host.

Machine Separation & Combination
1.Button switches electrically control the separation and combination of machine,with automatic alarm device, continuously alarm while moving, to ensure safety of operators.
2.Air pressure interlocks, lock securely, conveniently and accurately.
3.Active self-locking function if unit is not completely locking state, the host cannot start, to ensure the safety of machine and operator; while host normal working conditions, the unit clutch function is automatically lock, to avoid machine misuse  and personal injury.

Printing Roller
1.With printing plate, outer diameter φ480mm
2.High quality steel production, surface grinded, hard chromium-plated. Static balance adjustment, stable operation, suitable for high speed running.
3.Roller horizontal direction and circumferential direction with datum line, convenient for align plate.
4.Electric 360° adjust printing roller, automatic digital display adjustment.
5.Printing roll axial manual adjustment, maximum movement left or right 10mm, auto zero instruction.

Pressing Roller
1.Adopt high quality seamless delicately processing, dynamic balance adjustment, stable operation.
2.Diameter φ156mm, surface grinded, hard chromium-plated.
3.Gear adopt backlash adjustment mechanism, adjustment none-affect gear enunciation, guarantee transmission accuracy.
4.Printing roller can be adjusted for a distance 0-12mm

Anilox Roller

Slotting Unit

1.Operation Control
a.Cardboard space adopt hand adjustable rapid clearance trimming self-locking device.
b.Equipped with emergency stop device, to ensure safety.

2.Slotting Phases and Carton Height Adjustment
a.Slotting phase 360 °positive and negative adjustment, fast and high precision.
b.The seat of line pressing wheel can manual adjustment right and left,synchronization setting blade.
c.The arbor and pressure line axle both adopt hard twice precision grinding.
d.There's the elastic corner-cutting knife. The three, five, seven cardboard don't need to be adjusted.
e.Manual two-way self-locking is used to adjust clamping roller clearance, which makes the adjustment easier and faster.

3.Scoring Roller
a.High-strength scoring shaft, shaft diameter φ98mm, surface hard chrome-plated.
b.Scoring wheels and slotting cutter axial position synchronous adjustment.
 

4.Main Drive Gear
a.High precision bevel gear, adopt 45# quality steel, carburizing quenching, transmission gear of high strength, good wear resistance, low noise, longtime ensure the machine rotation precision.
b.Lubrication adopt closed type spray lubrication system, to ensure transmission accuracy and use-life. Gears adopt keyless connection, so the gear up tight lock, to ensure that the registration accuracy.
