NIKKEN CALCIUM BUSTER
A chemical liquid that can lift or remove calcium that has seeped into the rubber roller due to the increase in the acidity of the paper as well as it is affected by the increase in calcium carbonate, which will occur printing problems.

 
Features:
  • Quickly and easily remove calcium that has been fused in the pores of the roller (It occurs due to the increament of acid free paper usage which has more calcium carbonate than usual).
  • Does not provide side effects on rubber rollers.
  • After the rubber rollers are clean, the ink is able to transfer perfectly.

Usage

How to use:
  • Clean the rollers according to the procedure.
  • Stop the machine, apply Calcium Buster on the rubber roller sufficiently then apply evenly from left to right.
  • Run the machine at medium speed (for offset machines: 4,000 - 6,000 sph and for web machines: max. 100 rpm)
  • To dry the roller, pour water into the roller surface.
  • Keep it running +/- 3-5 minutes, then clean the roller according to procedure, use water only in this process, repeat several times so that the total volume of water reaches a minimum of +/- 300 cc / ml, this needs to be done to avoid the occurrence of crystallization calcium again.
  • After washing with water sufficiently, then clean it with cleaning fluid.
